Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to reservations, booking advances, event bookings and other eligible payments made to Babylon Brewery & Club.
1. Table Reservations
Customers who wish to cancel a normal table reservation should contact Babylon at the earliest possible time.
Where an advance payment has been collected, refund eligibility will depend upon the cancellation terms communicated at the time of reservation.
Unless specific terms are communicated for a particular reservation, cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation may be considered for refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation or failure to attend the reservation may result in forfeiture of the booking advance.
2. Events, Group Bookings and Special Packages
Private events, large group bookings, celebrations, special events, festival programmes, artist nights and customised packages may have separate cancellation terms.
Where expenditure has already been committed towards food, beverages, artists, décor, staffing, venue arrangements or other services, the booking advance may be partly or fully non-refundable.
Such specific terms, wherever applicable, will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Request
To request cancellation, please contact us with the customer name, registered mobile number, booking date and payment transaction/reference details.

4. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the refund shall normally be initiated to the original payment method.
After initiation, the amount may take approximately 5 to 7 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account, depending upon the bank, payment gateway, card network or UPI service provider.
5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If an amount has been debited but payment confirmation has not been received, or if a duplicate payment has been made, the customer should contact Babylon with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, any eligible excess or duplicate payment shall be refunded.
6. Cancellation by Babylon
If Babylon cancels a confirmed booking or event due to operational, regulatory, safety or other unavoidable circumstances, the customer may be offered an alternative booking date or refund of the eligible amount received.
