By accessing this website, making a reservation, booking an event, submitting an enquiry, or making any payment through this website or a payment link issued by us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Babylon provides restaurant, food and beverage, hospitality, entertainment, event, celebration, group dining and related services at its premises in Hyderabad.
Reservations, event bookings, group bookings, private celebrations and other services are subject to availability and confirmation by our management.
A reservation or event booking shall be considered confirmed only after confirmation is communicated by Babylon and, wherever applicable, the required booking advance has been received.
Customers are requested to provide correct name, mobile number, email address, booking date, number of guests and other information required for processing the reservation.
Babylon may collect advance payments towards table reservations, group bookings, private events, celebrations, venue bookings and other hospitality services.
The amount paid shall be adjusted against the final bill or booking value, subject to the terms communicated at the time of booking.
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI or other permitted payment methods.
All prices, packages and booking amounts are subject to applicable taxes, statutory levies and other charges as communicated to the customer.
Final pricing for events, group bookings and customised requirements may vary depending on the nature of the event, number of guests, menu, beverages, entertainment requirements and other arrangements.
Entry into the premises is subject to applicable laws, licensing conditions, safety requirements, dress code, age restrictions and venue policies.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service where reasonably required for safety, security, legal or operational reasons.
Service of alcoholic beverages, wherever applicable, shall be subject to statutory age restrictions and applicable excise and licensing requirements.
Artists, DJs, performers, entertainment schedules, event timings and programmes may be changed, postponed or cancelled due to operational, regulatory, safety or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation and refund of any reservation, booking advance or event payment shall be governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and any specific terms communicated at the time of booking.
We endeavour to keep the information on this website accurate and updated. However, menus, prices, timings, events, facilities and availability may change without prior notice.
Online transactions may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers. Babylon shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions or technical issues directly attributable to banks, card networks, UPI networks or payment gateway service providers.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
