Babylon Brewery & Club primarily provides restaurant, hospitality, reservation, event and entertainment services at its physical venue.
1. Nature of Services
Payments made through this website or through payment links may relate to table reservations, booking advances, group bookings, private events, celebrations and other hospitality services.
2. No Physical Shipping
Unless specifically communicated otherwise, Babylon does not sell or ship physical goods through this website.
Accordingly, no courier, postal or physical shipping is ordinarily involved in payments made for reservations or venue-based services.
3. Service Delivery
The service shall be delivered at the Babylon venue on the date and time confirmed with the customer.

4. Booking Confirmation
After successful booking or payment, confirmation may be provided through email, telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, payment gateway notification or any other electronic communication method.
Customers are requested to provide correct contact information while making a reservation or payment.
5. Event and Group Booking Delivery
For event bookings and customised hospitality services, the date, time, menu, guest count, package and other service details shall be as mutually confirmed between Babylon and the customer.
6. Service Delivery Issues
If a customer does not receive confirmation after making a payment, they may contact us with the payment reference details.
